Used Hewitt-Robins 22x48 Jaw Plant Reconditioned Triple Axle Assembly: 1. Installed new s-cam bushing kits & s-cams, new slack adjusters, new hubs & bearings, new shoes & drums, new air tanks & valves, new brake chambers & clevises. 2. Welded in new brake chamber bracket, made & installed all new air lines, greased chassis, verified operation of brakes, 6 used inner rims & dropped off at tire shop 3. Installed drive assembly under crusher unit 4. Installed wheels 5. Installed new glad hand bulk heads & gland hands 6. New air lines back Crusher was fully functioning before being taken out of commission due to plant shut down. Frame Sand Blasted and Painted. NEW Conveyor Belt, 48" Wide, 3 Ply 330, 1/4x1/16 STD. NEW Jaw Dies: 1. Part #MANG_RT_RT329-M5 (Rim-Tec Stationary Jaw, Premium Grade 18% Manganese). 2. Part #MANG_RT_RT330-M5 (Rim-Tec Movable Jaw Die, Premium Grade 18% Manganese). (FOUR) Hydraulic Run-On Jacks, 70,000, 20” Jacks with Mounting Plates and Shims. NO FENDERS - to be supplied and installed by customer. NEW Plant Mounted Electric Control Panel with VFD for feeder, starters for onplant motors, main breaker, pushbuttons, interlocking 3/60/460 Volt. 150 HP motor.
